Can I ship the orders to PO Box, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses?
Unfortunately, the PO Box, FPO, APO, and DPO addresses cannot deliver with our dropship system (FedEx & UPS).
Postage for APO/FPO/DPO addresses is based on postage from the sender to the nearest domestic point of departure (normally San Francisco or New York City).
As a federally owned agency, the USPS and military can legally enter into agreements with foreign countries, usually called “SOFA” (Status of Forces Agreement), that allow for the distribution of responsibility, such as law enforcement, customs, and mail for service members assigned to the country.As private businesses, UPS and FedEx cannot enter such government-to-government agreements.

What happen if there's a damage on my order and items quantity?
If the package(s) arrive damaged, or wrong item with wrong quantity, please contact our Customer Support Center or click the (?) SUPPORT to submit a request. We do require photos of the package, shipping labels, and contents to confirm the issue. There may be additional questions required to help with the case.

What should I do if the package was lost or not delivered?
If the tracking number states pending or delivered for more than 14 business days and no delivery has been made, please get in touch with our Customer Support Center for assistance.
We can help you by filing a claim, and we will start a search for the package in a few days. If there still aren’t any new updates or delivery made, we will let you know how we will help you with your case.

- US Virgin Islands
- Puerto Rico
