1. Mounting hole distance
The length from hole to hole must be between 5.1 and 7.9 inches (130mm – 203mm).

2. Proper tank clearance
Your Bidetmega will need 1.8 inches or more in the space between the mounting holes and the toilet tank.

3. Bowl length
The distance from the mounting holes to the front of the toilet bowl will determine if you order an elongated or round type of Bidetmega.

Elongated: 17.54 – 19.23 inches

Round: 16.26 – 18 inches

[150 & 200 & 400] Stop button: It stops all the functions.

[150 & 200 & 400] Rear button: It is a general cleaning mode that can be used when the basic conditions of the anal area are healthy.
· Use the button to select the anal cleaning function.

[150 & 200 & 400] Front button: Use this button to select the women’s cleaning function (bidet).

[200 & 400]Soothing Wash button (Mode for 400): It is a care cleaning mode that can be used when the conditions of the anal area are not healthy and require a sensitive care.
· Use the button to select the anal cleaning function with a weak water stream.
* Use this mode to use a weaker water stream for cleaning than in the general mode.

[150 & 400] Active Mode Button (Mode for 400): It is a function that moves forward and backward. Use this button to experience a delicate and careful wash.

[150 & 200] ECO indicator: It turns on when the Eco Mode is selected.

[150 & 200] Rinse Nozzle Button: Use this button to clean the nozzle. If you press button, the cleaning water is sprayed on the nozzle and cleaning starts.

*If the Rinse Nozzle button is pressed while the power is off, the cleaning solution is sprayed through the nozzle and the nozzle comes forward and stops for convenient cleaning.

[200 & 400]Clean Bidet button: Use it to run the manual Clean function. Pressing this button, you can switch the Clean method in the order of Flow Channel Clean → Nozzle Clean → Toilet Clean.
* Manual Clean : Recommended to run twice a day.
* Three-stage auto Clean can operate only if no human body is detected by the seat sensor.
* If you press the button while sitting on the seat, the buzzer sounds and Clean is scheduled. (When the user leaves the seat, Clean is performed.) If you press it one more time afterward, the buzzer sounds and the Clean schedule is canceled.

[150 & 200 & 400] Child button: It is a function customized to children and their weak skin. The water pressure is the lowest, and the positioning considers children’s small body. If you press this button, cleaning operates for 1 minute and drying for 2 minutes.
* To prevent the case that bidet does not work because it cannot sense the children’s small body, the child function operates with no regard to the sitting sensor’s detection of the user body.
* While the child function is enabled, it is possible to adjust the movement, water pressure, toilet seat temperature, and warm water/drying temperature.
If you press the Child button again while the function is operating, a cleaning or drying function is added to the operation.

[150 & 200 & 400] Nozzle Position button

Use this button to adjust the nozzle position while the cleaning/women’s cleaning function is operating. The nozzle can be moved forward and backward in 5 steps by pressing the button.

*For Bidetmega 400, While using cleansing or women’s cleansing, use this button to adjust the nozzle position back and forth.

[150 & 200 & 400] Water/Dry Temp. button: Use it to set the water/air temperature. Pressing this button, you can switch the temperature level in the order of Low (green) → Medium (yellow) → High (red) → Off.
* This is used as the warm water temperature indicator while the cleansing/bidet function is operating and as the drying wind temperature indicator while the drying function is operating.

[150 & 200 & 400] Dry button: Use this button to select the drying function. This function dries off moisture after using the cleaning/women’s cleaning/care cleaning function.

[150 & 200 & 400] Seat Temp. button: Use it to set the seat temperature. Pressing this button, you can switch the temperature level in the order of Low (green) → Medium (yellow)
→ High (red) → Off.

[150 & 200 & 400] Water Pressure indicator: You can adjust the water pressure in 5 levels. Every time you press the button, the selected water pressure indicator turns on.

*For Bidetmega 400, press the Water Pressure button to adjust the water pressure to level 1- level 3.

[400] Cleansing mode indicator: If you press the Mode button, the indicator turns on in the
order of Basic → Active Move → Soothing Wash.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days (90 days for a Coway Bidetmega Product) of the date on which you purchased the Product.
2. To request an RMA, you must contact our customer service team via our website at www.cowaymega.com or via email addressed to info@cowaymega.com.
3. Coway USA Inc., must receive the returned Product within 30 days after an RMA has been approved. An assigned RMA return label is valid for 30 days only and will expire on the 31st day after the date of issuance, at which time any returned Product will be refused.
4. Any accessories originally included with the Product you purchased must be included with your return.
5. Coway USA Inc. may require that you furnish proof of purchase details and video footage to obtain an RMA.
6. Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged), in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection. Please ensure that any previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely.

Additional terms and conditions:

1. To ensure successful delivery, you are required to ship the returned Product(s) using the prepaid return shipping label emailed to you by Coway USA Inc. Coway USA Inc. will not be responsible for returned Product(s) sent using an alternate carrier or shipping label. It is your responsibility to retain a copy of the shipping label with the applicable tracking number signed by an agent of the carrier as proof that the possession of the returned product shipment was transferred to the carrier.
2. Coway USA Inc. will deduct the difference from your refund for using the prepaid return shipping label emailed to you by Coway USA Inc.
3. You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Coway USA Inc. If you return a Product to Coway USA Inc. without all parts included in the original package, Coway USA Inc. retains the right to either (1) refuse delivery of such return or (2) deduct from the refund paid to you a restocking fee equal to the higher of (i) fifteen (15) percent of the original price of the Product or (ii) the retail value of the missing parts.
4. Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of Coway USA Inc.’s receipt of the Product.
5. Refunds will be reimbursed in the original form of purchase.
