2. After logging in or creating an account, on 'My Account' or after clicking icon, click the 'Register Products' to register your product for warranty.3. Enter your product’s 18-digit serial codes on the page's right-hand side.
4. After putting 18-digit serial codes, check if the product is correct and click 'Submit'.
5. To check on the registered product, click on 'Purchased Products'.6. On the 'Purchased Products' page, you will see your registered products on 'All Products' purchased from 'Cowaymega.com'.
7. On the 'Registered Products' page, you will see your registered products on 'Registered Products' purchased from other authorized retailers.
Shortly after registration, you will receive an email notification with a

The Airmega’s product serial code is located on the packaging box and the back of the product.
The serial code will include a barcode and a total 18 digit and character combination code. The codes below should be in the middle of the serial code depending on the unit’s model:

What if I don’t have my receipt?
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to confirm the unit’s warranty coverage period.
Please contact your original authorized retailer to request the invoice or receipt for warranty claims.

Are filters covered by the warranty?
This only applies to the customers who purchased Airmega filters at Cowaymega.com.
For those who purchased the filters from Authorized Retailers, please contact your original retailers' customer service.Cowaymega warrants that your Airmega filters will be free from defects in material or workmanship for (30) days from the date of the ship-out date, provided that you have used the filters according to the manufacturer's recommended filter replacement schedule listed in the Airmega User Manual.
Within the first (30) days, Cowaymega will replace a defective filter at no charge to you and cover any shipping charges.
The Limited Warranty covers normal use only. Cowaymega Limited Warranty is non-transferable.

Does Coway USA, Inc. offer extended warranty?
Coway USA, Inc. only offers 1 year extended warranty for BIDETMEGA products. The product must be registered on www.cowaymega.com and a proof of purchase is required.
All Airmega and Aquamega products are only covered under Limited Warranty.

How soon will I receive my replacement?
If all the steps are followed during the RMA processing, and it has been approved. The customer will be sent a return label link to be used for the original unit to be returned. Coway USA Inc. will be able to ship the replacement as soon as the original unit is on its way.
The delivery time of the replacement unit depends on the location and the parcel service used. Our products are shipped from California.
Please note: Courier services may be experiencing delays in updating the tracking information or delivery due to the high volume of shipments.
