If all the steps are followed during the RMA processing, and it has been approved. The customer will be sent a return label link to be used for the original unit to be returned. Coway USA Inc. will be able to ship the replacement as soon as the original unit is on its way.
The delivery time of the replacement unit depends on the location and the parcel service used. Our products are shipped from California.
