Return Policy

Products can be returned for refund within 30 days of shipped date (90 days for Bidetmegas).
If you purchased the Product from an authorized reseller, you must request a refund directly from the reseller. Returns to resellers are subject to the reseller’s return policy, which may differ from Coway USA Inc.’s.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

A Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days (90 days for Coway Bidetmega Products) from the shipped date.

1. Coway USA Inc., must receive the returned Product within 30 days after an RMA has been approved. Returns received after 30 days or more after the RMA approved date may be refused and returned at sender’s expense.
2. Any accessories originally included with the Product you purchased must be included with your return.
3. Coway USA Inc. may require the proof of purchase details and video footage to obtain an RMA.
4. Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged), in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection. Please ensure that any previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely to prevent delays during shipment.
5. Any shipping, handling, and processing costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount. Coway USA, Inc. will only cover the return label fee if it’s a result of our error, proven product defect or issue with craftsmanship.
If you wish to ship the product(s) at your own cost and prevent refund deduction, please contact us to obtain your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). The RMA# must be included and visible on the label or the package. Any returns missing an authorized RMA# will be refused by Coway USA, Inc. and will be returned to the sender.


Additional terms and conditions:

- To ensure successful delivery, returns must be shipped by verifiable tracking number (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Tracking number must be provided to Coway customer service when shipping the refund item. Tracking number must be provided to Coway customer service when shipping the refund item.
- You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Coway USA Inc. If you return a Product to Coway USA Inc. without all parts included in the original package, Coway USA Inc. retains the right to either (1) refuse delivery of such return or (2) deduct from the refund paid to you a restocking fee equal to the higher of (i) fifteen (15) percent of the original price of the product or (ii) the retail value of the missing parts.
- Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of Coway USA Inc.’s receipt of the product.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
- Please allow 4-8 weeks for return processing.
