Once an approved return arrives at our warehouse and has been inspected, the request for refund will be processed after confirmed inspection (during business hours). Please note that inspection could take up to 3-5 business days upon receipt. An email notification will be sent to the email address used to place the order when the refund is processed. The funds will be refunded to the original form of payment used when the order was placed and could take up to 10 business days depending on the credit card company.
In the case of returns sent from APO/FPO addresses, the military handles the delivery and we are unable to estimate the shipping time back to us. Usually, these returns take a little longer than normal and we ask for your patience.
If it’s been more than six weeks and you still haven’t received a credit, please contact our Customer Service Center and we will determine what may be causing the delay.
Please note: Parcel services may have delays due to the high volume of shipments and other internal or technical issues. We do not guarantee delivery dates due to unforeseen circumstances. We also do not offer refunds due to package not arriving on wished arrival date due to reasons stated above.
