Why has my water flow decreased or stopped?
The water flow decreasing could be caused by one or more of the following:
- It may be time to replace the water filters (typically every 3 months for Aquamega 200C & every 6 months for Aquamega 100)
- The connection valve may be closed. Check the connection valve to make sure it’s fully open
- The tap water may contain a significant amount of limescale clogging the pipes
- The water pressure may be too weak to produce enough water flow for the water purifier
