Cleaning the AP-1512HH / AP-1512HH(W)

MAKE SURE THE UNIT IS TURNED OFF AND DISCONNECTED FROM THE POWER PLUG BEFORE CLEANING
Do not use detergents that contain organic solvents (solvent, thinner, etc.), bleach, chlorine, or abrasives.
Please do not put the air purifier in water or spray water directly on it.

 

CLEANING THE AIR QUALITY SENSOR (every 2 months)

 

Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner for the inlet and the air outlet of the air quality sensor.

Open the air quality sensor cover on the right-hand side of the unit.
Wipe the lens, dust the inlet, and outlet with a dry cotton swab.

Without regular cleaning, the performance of the air quality sensor deteriorates.
The cleaning cycle differs depending on the pollution of the surroundings.

 

 

CLEANING THE PRE-FILTER

 

Clean your Pre-filter by following the steps below (typically between 2-4 weeks depending on usage):
Open the front cover and gently pull it.

Press down on the top clip of the pre-filter to remove it.

Carefully wash with water or vacuum the pre-filter as needed.
MAKE SURE THE PRE-FILTER IS COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE INSTALLATION

Gently put the pre-filter back into its designated slot after drying and attach the front cover.

CLEANING THE FRONT COVER

 

Separate the front cover from the rest of the unit.
Use a soft cloth or brush to wipe off the dust on the surface of the front cover.
Use a lightly wet cloth if the contamination is high but do not use abrasives.

CLEANING THE MAIN BODY OF THE PRODUCT (every 2-4 weeks)

 

Use a dry and soft cloth to wipe the body of the product.
Use a lightly wet cloth if the contamination is high but do not use abrasives.
