If you have relocated yourself to different places, you may have to change your time zone since our IoCare app is paired with your phone's Date & Time.
On your phone please set up your Date & Time by following the below steps.
- go to 'Setting'
- go to 'General'
- go to 'Date & Time'
turn on 'Set Automatically' or choose the time zone where you are located
After time setting on your phone is completed
1. please go to Settings in the IoCare App by clicking the left top menu button on IoCare main page
2. select the Settings
3. select Time Zone
4. press the Location button to find your new location
5. select the correct time zone where you located, and click 'Save'
