You will have to start re-connecting your Coway product to a new Wi-Fi router to change your Coway product's pairing history.
To do so:
- 1. Tap on the top right menu button, and select the product on Coway IoCare App to re-pairing your product to a new Wi-Fi router
- 2. Tap on 'Device Management' on the top bar menu
- 3. Tap on 'Product Settings'
- 4. Tap on 'Connect to Wi-Fi' to restart pairing to a new Wi-Fi router
If you use the same SSID and password for the new router, you won’t have to pair your Airmega again.
If you use a different SSID and/or password for the new router, please delete the current air purifiers from your application and follow the pairing steps to pair the air purifiers with your application again.
