An order can be canceled if the order hasn’t been processed and shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Center immediately for assistance.

If an order has been successfully canceled then the refund will be processed and returned to the original payment method. A notification regarding the cancellation will be sent to the email address used to place the order. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in the original form of payment depending on the bank institution.
