What if I forget my Wi-Fi router password?

If you have toruble pairing your Coway Product to IoCare App, due to the wrong Wi-Fi password,

we recommend to make contact with your Wi-Fi router customer service for a help.

Otherwise, try a new router that you know the correct password for the router.
