The noise level of the air purifier depends on the fan’s speed level as well as the model of the unit. Our Airmegas vary in weight and fan power or strength. Please contact our Customer Support Center if you believe that your unit may be exhibiting an unusual noise. We can assist you by providing answers, investigation, repair, or warranty if valid and needed.

Please note:
Minor shaking is normal, depending on the speed. The minor shaking could be causing some noise, but this should not be a concern. The fan needs enough room internally to work correctly. The noise level also depends on the placement and distance of your air purifier.
